A romantic maternity session in Paris

It’s a always such a special moment for me to shoot a maternity session in Paris. Especially when the couple is expecting their first child. Those precious moments that will lead them from being a couple to a family of three. Natalie is a successful event designer based in Washington DC, and she came all the way to Paris with her husband Adam, to create these photos as an heirloom to share with their baby. It’s been such an honor to serve them during this maternity session in Paris. We started off at the iconic Eiffel Tower and moved towards my favorite courtyard at the Louvre Museum. Paris is always such a magical backdrop whether you come for a prewedding shoot, a family session or maternity session.

A lovely family photoshoot in Paris

I can't repeat enough how important it is to document your family bonds, especially when you have children growing up so fast. Family portrait sessions in Paris are among my favorite to create. They not only enable me to create beautiful memories for the parents as a couple, as it is often forgotten that they, too, deserve a little bit of attention :) ! after children have become the priority in a family. As well as taking timeless portraits of childhood and kids being kids because we all know that in a blink of an eye, that child will be 18 and won't probably pose with you anymore ! Just kidding, but childhood is so precious to miss those fleeting moments of someone's life. So if you are willing to create those memories for you and your children too, hit me up ! And what a better location than Paris to have your family photos taken !

Paris Elopement

Paris is indeed the most romantic city in the world. The perfect city for an elopement ! That's what Melani & Danny did and I've been honored to be part of their great romantic escapade.

For those who remember, we haven't been very lucky with the weather and the vintage car, read more here but it made the whole experience really unique and unforgettable ! :)

On ne le dira jamais assez, Paris est LA ville la plus romantique au monde. C'est donc ici que Melani et Danny ont choisi de se dire Oui en tête à tête, et j'ai eu l'honneur d'être le témoin photographique de cette belle escapade. Pour ceux, qui se souviennent, nous n'avions pas été très chanceux avec le temps et la Citroën traction, ça se passe ici pour ceux qui ont raté, mais ces petits aléas n'ont rendu l'expérience que plus belle.

Emma & Louis | Wedding at Shangri-La Paris

This was the second time for me at the magnificent Shangri-La Paris, and boy this place never ceases to amaze me. It is gorgeous.
Emma and Louis chose to say "I do" in the city of love as this is where they got engaged. They exchanged their vows in the beautiful Salon de Famille. It was a beautiful and intimate wedding with their close friends and family. I was lucky to be part of this beautiful event. Special thanks to Ian Holmes whom I assist shooting on this wedding.

C'était la deuxième fois que je mettais les pieds dans ce magnifique lieu qu'est le Shangri-La Paris, et tout comme la première fois, j'ai été éblouie par la beauté de cet hôtel.
Emma et Louis, de Londres, ont choisi la Capitale de l'amour pour célébrer leur union car c'est là où Louis a fait sa demande à Emma. C'est pas mignon tout ça ? :) ... Ils se sont dit oui dans le splendide Salon de Famille suivi d'un dîner intime avec leurs amis proches et familles. C'était vraiment un beau mariage, tout en douceur et romantisme à l'image du couple. Un grand merci à Ian Holmes qui m'a permis de l'assister pour ce beau mariage.

Very cute idea. Enclosing the bride's and groom's vows in a box with a bottle of wine that they will open only in 5 year time or if they are facing some downs to remind them about their love and the vows their shared. / Une très jolie idée du pasteur : cacheter les voeux des mariés dans une boîte avec une belle bouteille de vin qu'ils n'ouvriront que dans 5 ans ou en période de difficultés pour se rappeler de leur amour et des voeux échangés lors de leur mariage.

Shangri-La Paris also offers the most amazing fine food, it has three restaurants, each one of them being a delight to the palate. See those red lollipops, they're actually Foie Gras coated with red wine, amazing huh ? / Le Shangri-La Paris offre également l'une des cuisines les plus raffinés de Paris, il possède trois restaurants, chacun d'entre eux étant une expérience inoubliable pour votre palais. Vous voyez ces petites sucettes rouges, ce sont des bouchées de Foie Gras glacées au vin rouge et touche de feuille d'or, tentant nan ? :)
